Sooke resident,25 wanted on an arrest warrant
West Shore RCMP are searching for a 25-year-old Sooke resident who is wanted on an arrest warrant.
Crystal Thorne is described as an aboriginal, 5 foot 8, 130 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.
