Lucas Matkowski was last seen on December 3rd by the Victoria Police Department.
Matkowski is a 34 year old caucasian male. He is 5' 7" and weighs 200 lbs. He has blond hair and blue eyes.
Police are concerned for Lucas Matkowski's well being.
