A Victoria woman will appear in Nanaimo court next month on a count of dangerous driving causing death and another of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
Oceanside RCMP say the charges stem from a two car crash in February of 2024 in the Whiskey Creek area.
A 38-year-old passenger was killed and another driver seriously injured.
Charged is 39-year-old Jasmine Bal.
