Victoria's Pride parade is set to get underway at 11:00am. About 10,000 participants will march this year along with multiple businesses and organizations from the community.
The parade starts at Pandora and goes down Government and winds around Belleville, Menzies, and Kingston before travelling down Oswego and ending at MacDonald Park.
At MacDonald park thousands of people can enjoy multi faceted festival, with 2 stages of entertainment, a beer garden, a food court, a giant vendor area, and a youth pride/kids camp areas.
The Victoria Pride Society was born from a casual picnic in Beacon Hill Park over 20 years ago. Since the time of its creation, the Victoria Pride Society has focused on supporting the
inclusiveness, accessibility, and diversity of Pride Week events.
