Victoria Police have arrested a suspect who was barricaded in a home after an alleged stabbing in James Bay.
Officers say one victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries after the attack, which happened at a multi-unit residential building on Michigan Avenue Tuesday night.
Police say they told neighbours to shelter in place after the suspect barricaded themselves inside a suite, and hours of negotiations were unsuccessful.
Officers eventually got a warrant to enter the suite Wednesday morning and arrested the suspect without incident.
