VicPd is looking for help identifying a man wanted in a fraud that left a downtown jewellery store out almost $100,000.
On October 29th the man paid for 2 high-end watches using a bank draft obtained by transferring funds from a customer's account using false I.D.
Survellance photos show the man is dark-skinned, with brown eyes, and a heavy-set build. He has short dark brown hair, thinning at the crown, and a bark beard with grey flecks sticking out from his mask.
He also had a hand or finger cast on his left hand.
At the time he wore a black buttoned-up cardigan sweater, white T-shirt and white dress shirt, black shoes, and silver aviator style sunglasses dangling from the sweater.
He was also accompanied by anothr man was was taller, and slimmer, dressed in dark coloured clothing.
The first suspect may have taken a ferry from Swartz Bay to Tsawwassen at 7PM.
