VicPd are looking for a suspect who reportedly swung a baseball bat at a number of people and damaged property at a residential building yesterday (Mon) afternoon.
Just before 1:30 p.m. officers were called to the 1000-block of Pandora Avenue where witness reported a man had tried to enter a secure courtyard area of the building.
When a resident confronted the man, he became irate and began swinging a baseball bat at residents.
The suspect then hit the building multiple times with the baseball bat, and then threw the bat at another person, striking them, before fleeing the scene.
The person hit by the bat did not report injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 30 and 40 years of age, about 6' tall, with a slim build. He has short, shaved hair and wore a large black jacket and brown pants.
He was also carrying a black duffel bag.
