VicPD are asking for you help to find missing 72 year old Richard Blair Young. He's described as a Caucasian man standing five feet, ten inches tall with a stocky build. Richard has brown hair, and blue eyes. He has a buzz cut style haircut, wears glasses and has a moustache. You can see a photo on our web site or Facebook page.
Richard hasn't been heard from since February 7th and his family is concerned for his well being.
