Victim says another driver tossed a lit cigarette in his open window causing minor burns
VicPD are looking for a suspect and witnesses in a bizarre road rage incident Monday afternoon.
Just before 4pm police got a report of a road rage incident at Broughton and Blanshard Streets.
The victim reported that they had honked at a truck that was tailgating another car, and then ran a red light.
The driver then, allegedly, proceeded to throw a lit cigarette into the victim's open window causing minor, non-life threatening burns. Fortunately, a young child in the vehicle was not hurt.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black Nissan truck ,with 'Pro-4" on the driver side (with the '4' in yellow), being driven in a reckless manner.
