Victoria police are asking the public to help locate a man who has been frequently seen in the 900-block of Pandora Ave. Christoper Elliot is a 27 year old white male with a slender build, dark brown hair and a goatee. He is wanted for breaching his conditions in relation to an on-going criminal harassment investigation.
VicPD believe Christopher Elliott is not armed, but may pose a threat to members of the public and need to locate him as soon as possible. Investigators also believe Elliot may have changed his appearance by shaving his head and face.
