Oak Bay Police are requesting public assistance for locating a missing 78-year old woman.
Lucie Kuehr is described as a caucasian female, 5’7, approximately 115 pounds, hazel eyes, with short white hair.
She was last seen at the beginning of March in the Elgin Street and Oak Bay Avenue area of Oak Bay.
