Richard Tom, who was wanted for several sexual assault crimes, was found and arrested by Sidney North Saanich RCMP
On Friday, June 21st, West Shore RCMP issued a request from the public to help locate Richard Tom.
Tom had oustanding warrants on 4 counts of Sexual Interference, 3 counts of Sexual Assault, and 1 count of Invitation to Sexual Touching.
On Tuesday, June 25th, the 32 year old Tom was found on the Saanich Peninsula, and with the help of Sidney North Saanich RCMP, he was arrested.
West Shore RCMP wants to thank the public for their help and tips, as well as Sidney North Saancih RCMP for their assistance in capturing Tom.
