RCMP say a missing Nanaimo teen may be in the lower mainland and could be with a man in his 50's .
Nanaimo RCMP say missing 16-year-old Makayla Chang was last seen in Nanaimo on March 19.
Investigators have received information that she may have travelled to the Lower Mainland with a man who goes by the name of Steven Bacon.
Chang is very active on social media, but hasn't posted anything since Mar. 20, officials say.
Chang’s family and friends are worried for her well-being and have exhausted all avenues as to where she may be.
Chang is described as Caucasian, 5’1”, 110 pounds with dyed red hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen in a grey hooded sweatshirt, multi-coloured leggings with stars and planets.
Bacon is described as 5’10, 210 pounds and has white hair.
