A pedestrian is fighting for his life in hospital, after he was hit by a motorhome in downtown Victoria early Tuesday morning.
The collision happened just before 6:30am on Douglas just north of the View Street intersection.
Emergency crews had to lift the older RV to free the man, who was trapped underneath.
The RV sat in the curb lane -- propped up on blocks of wood -- as VicPD traffic officers continued their investigation at the scene.
VicPD say they received multiple 911 from the scene, and are looking for witnesses to the collision.
