Tourism Victoria has partnered with Sidney, Port Renfrew and Cowichan Valley to create a marketing program to help bring the Pacific Marine circle driving route some worldwide attention.
Paul Nursery, President, and CEO of Tourism Victoria says the route has existed as a driving destination for a few years but now they want to try and promote the route as another Island destination must see and do. "We need to get visitors deeper into the region. The route Itself is absolutely stunning put it all together it's an incredible driving route. We want to put it on the map as one of the great touring drives of the world."
The route has been signed and ready for motoring for the last few years but now they are hoping to attract driving enthusiast from around the world and here at home. "We just think the potential for this whole region is unlimited and the route itself is a nicely de-marked route."
