VicPD say one man said he had a firearm, but in the end no weapon was found
Victoria police were called to the 700-block of Yates Street Monday morning after reports of a physical altercation between two men.
According to police one of the men suggested he had a firearm and made threats against the other man. The suspect was located nearby and was taken into custody without incident. No weapon was located.
The man is being held in custody pending a court appearance tomorrow morning. Neither men were injured in the altercation. It's not known what sparked the incident.
