An Oak Bay father charged with murdering his 2 young daughters made a court appearance today (Thurs) via video link.
Andrew Berry faces 2 counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of Chloe, 6, and Aubrey, 4. Their bodies were found in his apartment Christmas Day after their mother called police to say their father had not returned the girls to her as scheduled.
Andrew Berry did not speak during the appearance and appeared dazed. His lawyer told reporters he isn't ruling out applying for bail.
His next court date was set for March 15 after the Crown asked for additional time to assemble disclosure details.
