There's a new notice at Regina Park tent encampment along Hwy 1 -- and it's from the provincial government.
The Ministry of Transportation posted the notice Tuesday, informing camp occupants to stop using the highway right of way in an unauthorized manner.
The notice says the ministry does not consent or authorize use of the lands, stating overnight camping poses dangers to campers and the travelling public.
All campers are ordered to immedialy cease the occupation, stop overnight camping, and remove their property from the land.
The notice also states failure to comply may result in the minister taking steps to have occupants and their property removed.
