Westshore Firefighters responded to a house fire on Goldstream Ave and Whitehead Place around 5 am Wednesday morning.
One fire fighter fell through the floor or the home battling the blaze
.Other crew members conducted a rescue and were able to extract the fire fighter who wasn't seriously injured according to Langford fire Chief Chris Aubrey.
The fire is under investigation.
