West Shore RCMP nabbed a man suspected of stealing from lockers at the Juan de Fuca Recreational Centre in Colwood.
They received a call Fridayafternoon from a member of the public reporting that they were following a suspect that had taken items from the changeroom.
Within minutes the bike patrol was on scene, and arrested Gregory Cunningham.
A search revealed he had a stolen cell phone, as well as a steel saw that could be used as a break in tool. He's been charged for Theft under $5000, and Breach of Undertaking.
At the time of his arrest, Cunningham was under court order in connection with a Sooke investigation in May where he was also charged with numerous offenses, including possession of break-in instruments.
