VicPD have processed video footage showing a person of interest wearing a dark coloured hoodie, jeans and white shoes walking noticeably hunched over in front of one of the stores outside the mall.
Victoria Police have posted video of a man they are seeking in connection to the case of a kitten that was discarded in a shaving kit, and placed in a garbage can at Hillside Mall June 4.
VicPD have processed video footage showing a person of interest wearing a dark coloured hoodie, jeans and white shoes walking noticeably hunched over in front of one of the stores outside the mall.
Officers would like to speak with the man as he may have information that would further the investigation.
