Fenton was allegedly involved in a vehicle collison in the Malahat area with a passenger who is filing a lawsuit claiming he was negligent, speeding and impaired. He's charged with causing an accident resulting in bodily harm and impaired driving causing bodily harm in relation to an early morning rollover collision on Goldstream Heights Drive.
He's expected to appear in court on June 27 in relation to this case.
