The developer for one of the tallest buildings on the Island says current plans for a 24 storey Hudson District condominium will include a second tower with 30 floors.
Townline is preparing to make an application to the City of Victoria to amend the height of the Hudson District's two-tower Hudson Place development. It's tower one condominium residence is currently permitted at 24 storeys.
Plans for the new tower would include a slimmer design.
Townline says it hopes to have its development permit submitted to the city by May.
