A new housing development aimed at indigenous people is complete in Sooke
On Monday the province unveiled 170 homes in a pair of five story buildings built on Drennan Street.
34 units have been reserved for people with very low incomes and will be rented at the shelter rate of $500 a month.
The 30 million dollar project is funded by the province, the feds and the CRD along with local indigenous housing groups.
