A former Acting Base Commander at CFB Esquimalt has pleaded guilty to not reporting his sexual relationship with a subordinate.
Retired Naval Commander Nord Mensah was facing charges related to allegations that he pursued and engaged in a sexual relationship with someone directly under his supervision in 2015.
He was Acting Base Commander in Victoria at the time.
Mensah has been fined $2,500 dollars and has been given a severe reprimand.
