A View Royal family has been displaced from their home following a fire in View Royal Friday morning.
Fire crews were called out to a condo fire in the 2300 block of Watkiss Way just before 10 o'clock, where a fire had broken out in the bedroom of one of the suites.
View Royal Fire and Rescue says sprinklers contained the fire in the bedroom of the condo until crews arrived and the flames were put out, but there is extensive smoke and water damage.
They say the fire was sparked by a candle and incense burning in the bedroom of the condo.
Three people were in the condo and got out okay without injuries.
They are being aided by emergency services workers who are arranging accommodation.
