Andrew Berry, the father of two girls found dead in their Oak Bay apartment Christmas Day has now been charged with two counts of 2nd degree murder.
Upon his release from hospital, 43 year old, Andrew Berry was arrested and charged in the deaths of 4 year old Aubrey Berry and 6 year old Chloe Berry.
The Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit continues to investigate the double homicide.
As the matter is now before the courts no further information will be released.
