Voter guides for the Referendum on Electoral Reform are being delivered to households across B.C. starting today. This is in advance of the voter packages going out later this month.
Referendum voter's guides will be mailed to each household in the province between October 15 and 26th.
Chief Electoral Officer Anton Boegman says the guides contain a variety of information for voters -- including how to access short videos about the basics of the various voting systems on the ballot.
British Columbia voters are encouraged to get informed about how to vote and to learn more about all 4 systems being proposed.
Once the guides have been distributed Referendum voting packages will start going out between October 22 and November 2nd.
Completed voting packages must be received by Elections BC no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 30, 2018.
