Four people are dead following a head-on crash near Gold River on Friday.
RCMP say the crash happened on Highway 28 around 5:30 p.m. roughly 25 kilometres east of Gold River.
According to officials, a 1992 Buick was travelling eastbound, crossed the centre line and collided with a westbound pick-up truck.
All four people travelling in the Buick were killed in the collision.
Police say no one in the vehicle was wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
The driver of the pick-up truck suffered minor injuries and has been released from hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
