Get your Comic on....for Comic Con!
This weekend is the launch of the inaugural Capital City Comic Con, featuring celebrity Q and A's, photo ops, gaming demos and comic-writing workshops.
Paul Nursey, president and CEO of Tourism Victoria said they're expecting about 5-6 thousand visitors to our city, and it can only grow from there.
“Seattle started with started with 3,000 visitors now it’s 93,000, Atlanta, started with 2,000 their Dragon Con, now it’s over 40. We’re probably going to get 5, or 6,000 or maybe a bit more visitors, and we hope that that just grows every year,” Nursey said.
