Court documents reveal a former Central Saanich nanny already charged with sex crimes against children, is facing 3 more charges involving child pornography.
In September police announced charges against 30 year old Johnathon Lee Robichaud in connection with alleged incidents that occured between September 1,2017 and July 13, 2018.
At that time he was charged with sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and making sexually explicit material available to a child.
Court documents show Robichaud is now facing additional charges of accessing, possessing, and making or publishing child pornography.
According to CTV Vancouver Island an arrest warrant was issued for Robichaud Friday when he failed to show up in court. He turned himself in Monday.
He is out on bail and must abide by strict conditions -- including not leaving the province, surrendering travel documents, not possessing devices to access Internet or that can store data, and he is not to have contact with children under 16 years of age.
Robichaud has not yet entered a plea.
