39 year old Amado Ceniza has obtained legal counsel, but did not enter a plea
A registered care aide charged with sexually assaulting patients at Aberdeen Hospital made his first court appearance in Victoria today.
39 year old Amado Ceniza is facing 8 charges: 4 counts of sexual assault, and 4 counts of sexually exploiting a person with a disability.
CTV Vancouver Island reports that while Ceniza has obtained legal counsel, but has yet to enter a plea.
The case was adjourned to August 29th at 9 a.m.
According to court documents the alleged incidents took place between July 1 and July 15 of this year.
In announcing the arrest and charges last week police said they had identified 3 with victims, but suspected there could be more.
