Police say a man chased a couple into the Bay Center and during the chase sprayed a random male bystander
Victoria police are looking for a suspect after a man was pepper sprayed outside of the Bay Center Thursday morning. Police were called to the area at 9:45 a.m. and learned a man chased a couple into the Bay Center and during the chase sprayed a male bystander.
The cloud of spray also affected nearby members of the public.
The suspect is described as an Aboriginal male, in his 30's, with a light beard, wearing jeans, a plaid jacket and black baseball cap with an orange logo. He also had a silver ring on his left pinky finger. If you see the man police ask you to call 911.
