The Provincial Government want's feedback on how to make BC more walkable and bike friendly
The Province wants to hear how they can make communities more accessible for people who walk or use active transportation, such as bicycles, skateboards, and wheelchairs.
Over the next six weeks, British Columbians are asked to participate online, and let the province know how they could make active transportation options more convenient for and easier to use.
The feedback will be collected, and used to determine what measures should be taken to improve infrastructure and safety improvements.
The Active Transportation Strategy is part of the province's CleanBC plan, to put B.C. on the path to reduce pollution, power the future with clean energy and create new opportunities for people in a sustainable, low-carbon economy.
Feedback is being collected until April 15th. The online survey can be found here.
