Health Canada has issued a recall for a baby Pacifier and Holder Set.
The "Baby's Choice" brand product has been deemed a choling hazard as parts of the nipple can detach. If you have purchased the propduct stop using it, and return them to the point of sale for an exchange or dispose of them.
The pacifier and holder combinations were sold from March 2017 to March 2018, and were made in Thailand.
They come in blue, green and pink colours and are attached to their respective holders with matching coloured straps. The affected items have the model number C11905, manufacturer code ZN, date 01/2017 and batch number 8624/16 listed on the back of their packaging.
Health Canada says 6,348 units of the affected products were sold in Canada. To date there have been no reported incidents of deaths or injuries in Canada.
