Victoria Police are asking for your help in locating a missing man who disappeared over two months ago.
Victoria Police are asking for your help in locating a missing man who disappeared over two months ago.
40-year-old Kasung Shillingford is described as black, 6 foot tall with a medium build, weighing approximately 165 pounds.
He has short curly black hair and often wears a short, stubble-length beard.
Kasung was last seen on August 18th, and was reported missing to VicPD on Thursday October 18th.
His family is concerned for his well-being. Kasung has ties across Vancouver Island and in the Caribbean.
VicPD officers are working with agencies in these jurisdictions to assist in our efforts to locate him.
