Victoria Police had their hands full Saturday night and Sunday morning with Halloween antics gone wrong.
Halloween takes place on Wednesday, but many of the parties are taking place this weekend.
In some of the more series cases, several brawls broke out in the early morning hours Sunday. Vic-PD say in one case a group of 10 people were fighting in the middle of Herald Street. In another 20 people were fighting on Wharf Street. Another brawl later broke out at Douglas and Fort.
Police also broke-up some out-of-control parties. One was in the 900-block of Empress in the North Park neighbhourhood, another was in Vic West. Both parties had over 200 people in attendance.
Those were some of the more serious incidents. Other reports included costumed men running in traffic on Bay Street, a man breaking the window of a business on Douglas Street, and revelers jumping on cars on Vancouver Street.
