Sooke RCMP looking for man wanted on 11 counts, including sexual assault and interference
RCMP in Sooke, Duncan and Lake Cowichan are asking the public to be on the lookout for a man wanted on 11 counts -- including sexual assault and sexual interference.
William Meers is wanted on 2 counts of sexual interference, 2 counts of sexual assault and 7 counts of breech of recognizance.
He's described as 27 years of age, First Nations, standing 5’8" tall, wieghing 155 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. A photo has been posted to our website.
Meers is known to frequent the Duncan and Lake Cowichan area.
If you see him do not confront of approach him. Call your police department immediately.
