The Capital Regional District has a new chair.
Sidney Mayor Cliff McNeil-Smith was elected as the CRD Board Chair on Wednesday.
He replaces Colin Plant of Saanich who stepped back after leading the board since 2018.
Oak Bay Mayor Kevin Murdoch will chair the Region's Hospitals board while Saanich Councillor Zac de Vries heads up the housing board.
