The Capital Regional District (CRD) is sponsoring a second Point in Time Count Thursday.
The PiT Count covers people who are living on the streets, as well as in emergency shelters and transitional housing across Greater Victoria.
It is also aimed at identifying youth experiencing "hidden homelessness" For example: 'couch surfing with friends'.
The count from noon til 2 at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.
The complete survey data will be released sometime this spring.
The Point-in-Time Count is an initiative under the National Homelessness Partnering Strategy.
