Rifflandia organizers say only an evolving festival landscape requires attention to ensure the event can thrive
Rifflandia organizers are postponing this year's festival.
The 12th annual festival scheduled for September 12-16 has been officially been postponed to September 17-20 next year.
Those who have purchased early bird tickets can get a refund at the point of purchase, or can hold tickets to use next year.
Organizers haven't specified why they are postponing the event,saying only that the region's unique festival landscape is evolving, which requires careful attention to ensure the festival is able to thrive for years to come.
Since it began in 2008 Rifflania has brought in over 1500 artists for music fans.
