A new Mainstreet Postmedia Poll gives the NDP a five point lead, just two months ahead of the provincial election. Among decided voters, the NDP has 30 per cent support compared to the Liberals at 25 per cent; the Greens with 11 and the Conservatives have 10 per cent. The NDP has a lead on the Mainland and on the lower Island but the Liberals have pulled ahead in the interior and the rest of the province.
It's important to point out there is a margin of error in all polls and 24 per cent of those asked remain undecided.
