Saanich Police have arrested several suspects and seized weapons and drugs after an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.
On June 28th in the 2600 block of Douglas Street, officers arrested 32-year-old Michael Phillip Desbiens of Sidney BC, 42-year-old James Derosier of Victoria and 26-year-old Marin Elyse Marie Gillis of Saanich.
During the arrest, officers seized methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, cash, ammunition and a sawed-off shotgun.
Desbiens and Derosier appeared in Victoria Provincial Court on Thursday, June 29th and Gillis will appear in court in mid-August.
The parties are facing multiple drug charges and firearm related offences.
