Duvall -- was a member of the Armed Forces at the time of the reported assault.
Duvall was charged with a similar offence in November last year involving another member of the Armed Forces at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown. The assault was reported to have taken place between December 2010 and January 2011.
