Mayor Lisa Helps says the junket to Europe to tour integrated waste management facilities is being "re-thought".
The trip was approved by a narrow vote in committee but it will be up to the board to determine if there is a better way to proceed. Mayor Lisa Helps says anyone who thinks this is a "vacation" is out to lunch. "Anyone who thinks that going for 6 days and visiting 6 plants in five or six days is a vacation needs to give their head a shake."
