A man and woman are under arrest after Central Saanich Police and ERT were involved in breaking up a grow op Wednesday morning.
Police say they'd had complaints of a strong smell of marijuana coming from a home at the corner of Wilcox and Bella Vista just off the Pat Bay Highway.
When police entered the home they discovered a large marijuana grow operation that took up most of the house.
Police say the grow op may have been running for up to a year, but they acted within weeks of the complaints coming in.
The home is right next door to a children's playground.
