The federal government has acquired an apartment complex in View Royal.
The privately developed complex at 244 Island Highway minutes from CFB Esquimalt was purchased by the Department of National Defence.
The four-storey, $23.3 million apartment complex includes 37 move-in ready apartments and 47 parking spots and will be used to house Canadian Armed Forces members working at the Base starting in January 2026.
