The ship will be arriving in Victoria at 10:45 am, then pull away from dock at 5 Friday afternoon.
The Clipper Five holds 440 passengers - twice as much as its predecessor - and can reach speeds up to 36 knots.
The V replaces the Clipper One, which was retired in February.
