It's that time of year when city crews begin their annual leaf collection.
Victoria residents are asked to have their leaves on the boulevard in loose piles, wire mesh rings, or in tied, clear, 100% compostable bags.
Beginning October 16 to December 15, 2017, Victoria residents can also arrange for their bagged leaves to be picked up from the boulevard by contacting the City Parks office at 250-361-0600. You're asked to provide their name, address, phone number and the number of bags you have and the bags will be picked up within five working days.
