5 year old boy hit by car while walking with his Grandmother
A 5 year old boy was struck and injured Friday night in Saanich. The boy was walking ahead of his Grandmother when the light turned and the boy was struck by a vehicle making a right hand turn in the Royal Oak Drive and Elk Lake Rd area. The boy was rushed to hospital where he was treated for a broken leg. Saanich police say no charges will be laid in the incident.
